Founded in 1975 in Dallas, Texas, our heritage continues to be a key part of who we are and how we serve Guests. The Chili’s menu offers a bold and modern mash-up of items, but we’re best known for our big mouth burgers, Texas-sized ribs, full-on sizzling fajitas and hand-shaken margaritas.

Our big mouth burgers are made with half pound patties and smashed to order to lock in flavor before being served up on a freshly toasted brioche bun. Each served with garlic dill pickles and fresh cut fries. Oh and did we mention our patties are 100 percent, all-natural USDA inspected beef? We wouldn’t have it any other way. Some favorites include Alex’s Sante Fe®, The Boss and Queso burger.

Chili’s Texas-sized baby back ribs are smoked low and slow because we don’t rush perfection. All ribs come with a choice of sauce: house BBQ, original, honey-chipotle or dry rub. And, our Guests can choose to enjoy a half order, full order or from one of our smokehouse combos.

Our full-on sizzling fajitas are a natural head-turner every time they are delivered to the table. Nothing beats a combination of chicken, steak or shrimp with chipotle butter, cilantro, bell peppers and onions. All of our fajitas are served with Mexican rice black beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico, salsa, shredded cheese and either flour or all-natural corn tortillas. Of course, Guests can jack up their fajitas with white queso if they’re feeling extra spicy. Mmm.

We encourage Guests to look on the ‘rita side with our famous margaritas! With so many options, it’s hard not to. Some favorites include our Presidente Margarita®, which is hand-shaken 25 times on the way to the table, Blueberry and Pineapple Margarita and El Niño® Margarita. Cheers!

In 2013, we revolutionized the casual dining industry with the introduction of Ziosk® tabletop tablets, now on more than 70,000 Chili’s restaurant tables nationwide.
